Manchester City look to overturn a one-goal deficit when they host Spurs in a game that will determine their fate in Europe’s premier competition. Here is the Big Game Focus with some betting tips.

English champions Manchester City welcome Spurs as they look to overturn the 1-0 deficit on Wednesday night. City have been ruthless at home so far this season at home and they have it all to do.

Despite losing their star man, Harry Kane, Spurs produced a magnificent display last Tuesday, stifling favourites City in their backyard. With the quality they possess, Spurs are still a very competitive team but should be wary of free-scoring City.

Betting preview

Manchester City have won 21 matches at home out their last 22, a phenomenal record. Spurs meanwhile have not won at the Etihad since 2016 in all competitions. Therefore, you can back a Home Win at odds of 1.30.

City have seen Over 2.5 Goals in their last eight home matches against Tottenham in all competitions.  So odds of 1.45 for Over 2.5 Goals look appealing.

Sergio Aguero has a terrific record against the visitors. He’s scored ten goals in 14 appearances in all competitions. Therefore, you can back Sergio Aguero as Anytime Goalscoerer at odds of 1.85.

Team news

Pep Guardiola is without only Claudio Bravo while Oleksandr Zinchenko is back from injury.

Spurs will be without Harry Kane and Fernando Llorente, who could still be assessed before the match. Dele Alli is a doubt after breaking his hand in the first leg

Possible line-ups

Man City: Ederson, Walker, Otamendi, Laporte, Zinchenko, De Bruyne, Fernandinho, D.Silva, Bernardo, Aguero, Sterling
