Before that, Tottenham Hotspur had sensationally scored two injury-time goals themselves to come from behind and beat Sheffield United in the Premier League, providing Spurs with three precious points and keeping the player’s bet alive in the process.
Sheff Utd were certainly far less stubborn opponents to both the bet and their opponents alike during one of the accumulator’s final selections on Sunday, with the Blades thrashed 8-0 at home to Newcastle United.
Elsewhere, two other Big Winners won $16,364.86 and $7,533.80 from small stake 22-folds and 21-folds respectively, which in most weekends would be headline news!
