Mr. Predictor looks at El Clasico, as well as the other big games

Hi gang! Four of my five Match Tips were correct at the weekend. Let’s see whether I can go one better this time!

Marseille v Bordeaux – Tuesday 5 February – Ligue 1 – BET HERE

There’s no other way of putting it: things are not going well for Marseille. They lost at Reims on Sunday and haven’t won any of their last five home games in all competitions. Bordeaux have only won two of their last five matches but they’ve drawn four of their last five matches against Bordeaux. In fact, the last seven meetings have all had Under 2.5 Goals, and I expect the same this time.

Match Tip: Under 2.5 Goals (Odds: 1.75)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Marseille 1 v 1 Bordeaux

Everton v Manchester City – Wednesday 6 February – Premier League – BET HERE

Manchester City are not going to let Liverpool walk to the title. They’ve only won five of their last ten away games but they beat Arsenal easily on Sunday thanks to great performances from Sergio Aguero and Kevin de Bruyne. Everton were beaten 3-1 by Wolves on Saturday and have lost by the same score line in their last two games with City. In fact, I’m going to go for the same score here!

Match Tip: Over 2.5 Goals (Odds: 1.50)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Everton 1 v 3 Manchester City

Benfica v Sporting Lisbon – Wednesday 6 February – Taca da Portugal – BET HERE

These sides met in the league on Sunday, when Benfica won 4-2. It’s hard to bet against them here, too. They haven’t lost a Taca da Portugal game in normal time since 2014 and have won four of their last five matches. Sporting haven’t won any of their last four matches in 90 minutes, although they did lift the Taca da Liga recently. I still think Benfica will win this time, though.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (Odds: 1.90)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Benfica 2 v 1 Sporting Lisbon

Barcelona v Real Madrid – Wednesday 6 February – Copa del Rey – BET HERE

We’re beating treated to two more El Clasico matches this season! Barcelona have won the Copa for four years in a row now and beat Sevilla 6-1 last week to reach the semi-finals. They haven’t lost at home in the cup since 2013, winning the last eight. Real beat Girona 7-3 on aggregate in the last round but I don’t think they’ll get a result here. They’ve conceded in their last six away games in all competitions and lost 5-1 to Barcelona earlier this season. I’m going for a Home Win.

Match Tip: Barcelona Win (Odds: 1.80)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Barcelona 2 v 0 Real Madrid

Real Betis v Valencia – Thursday 7 February – Copa del Rey – BET HERE

Real Betis beat Atletico at the weekend, but they’ve drawn their last four games in the Copa del Rey and needed extra time to beat ten-man Espanyol in the quarter-finals. Valencia left it late to reach the semis. They came back from 2-0 down to beat Getafe thanks to two goals in the last minute from Rodrigo. They also drew at Barcelona on Sunday, so I think they will avoid defeat here.

Match Tip: Both Teams to Score (Odds: 1.75)
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Real Betis 1 v 1 Valencia
