Hello everyone! I’ve looked at the big games this weekend and come up with some tips. Bet here.
PSG 1 v 2 Inter Milan – Saturday 27 July – Friendly – Both Teams to Score (1.70)
Neither of these sides have been dominant so far in pre-season. PSG won their first friendly before they drew 1-1 in their last game. They lost two of their three friendlies last summer, but Both Teams to Score has been a winning bet in their last five friendlies. Inter Milan drew 1-1 with Juventus on Wednesday and I think they will make it hard for the French champions.
Ajax 1 v 2 PSV – Saturday 27 July – Dutch Super Cup – Over 2.5 Goals (1.45)
Ajax took home both the league and the cup in the Netherlands last season. They now host PSV in the Super Cup, but they come into the game having sold two of their best players for €150m. They have lost four of their last five Super Cup matches, while PSV have won four of their last five games in the season opener. The visitors beat Basel 3-2 in their Champions League qualifier on Tuesday and I think they will be better prepared for this match. I smell an upset here.
Arsenal 3 v 1 Lyon – Sunday 28 July – Friendly – Over 2.5 Goals (1.45)
Arsenal have won three of their four matches in pre-season and now return to London for the Emirates Cup. They’re facing Lyon, who have lost both of their friendly games so far. Over 2.5 Goals was a winning bet in both of those games, and it’s been the same in all of the Gunners’ four warm-up games too. As for the result, I’m going for a Home Win this time.
Liverpool 2 v 2 Napoli – Sunday 28 July – Friendly – Both Teams to Score
Liverpool have played five games in pre-season so far, but they’ve won none of the last three. That might be down to the fact that their usual strike force is currently on holiday. However, they’ve struggled to keep a clean sheet, with both teams having scored in their last four games. Napoli have been inconsistent so far this summer, but I think they can get a Draw here.
AC Milan 0 v 1 Benfica – Sunday 28 July – Friendly – Benfica Win (2.25)
AC Milan have only played one friendly so far this summer, which they lost 1-0 to Bayern. That’s fairly typical of their experiences at the ICC though, as they’ve now won just two of their previous ten games in the summer tournament. Benfica have won their last three friendlies, including two at the ICC. I think they will beat the Rossoneri here too.
