Lazio v AC Milan – Tuesday 26 February – Coppa Italia – Under 2.5 Goals (1.85)
With Juventus out of the competition, both of these sides will believe they can lift the trophy. The home side are in bad form though, with three defeats in a row. AC Milan are faring better but they haven’t won away to Lazio since 2015. Considering there are two legs, I can see this being a tentative affair and considering the previous three meetings only produced two goals, I am backing Under 2.5 Goals tonight. Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Lazio 1 v 1 AC Milan
Huddersfield v Wolves – Tuesday 26 February – Premier League – Wolves Win (1.80)
It’s been a thoroughly miserable campaign for Huddersfield and relegation is looking like a certainty. The Terriers have lost seven home games in a row in the Premier League and are likely to suffer the same fate against a Wolves side who look at home in the top division. I think it will be tight game but I expect the away side to grab the victory. Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Huddersfield 0 v 2 Wolves
Real Madrid v Barcelona – Wednesday 27 February – Copa del Rey – Both Teams to Score (1.45)
Round two of El Clasico is upon us! The first leg ended 1-1 last week which will suit Real Madrid. Their home form is better than Barcelona’s current away record, but nothing can be taken for granted in this game. Barca have the upper hand in the head-to-head, as they are undefeated to Real in the last five meetings, with two wins. I can see another draw here. Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Real Madrid 2 v 2 Barcelona
Chelsea v Tottenham – Wednesday 27 February – Premier League – Spurs Win (2.90)
This is the exact sort of game Maurizio Sarri would not want this week. Recent defeats to Manchester City (twice), Manchester United and Arsenal have left the Italian’s future in doubt, and another loss to bitter rivals Spurs could be the final nail in the coffin. Despite injuries, Tottenham are still in the title race and I think they will grab the win today. Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Chelsea 1 v 2 Tottenham
Arsenal v Bournemouth – Wednesday 27 February – Premier League – Over 2.5 Goals (1.50)
On paper this looks like a simple Arsenal win. In general, their home form has been impressive this season, whilst Bournemouth are atrocious away from the Vitality. They have lost eight in a row on the road in the league, with five of those having Over 2.5 Goals. Considering both teams believe in attack rather than defence, I’m going for goals today. Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Arsenal 3 v 1 Bournemouth
