Manchester United have hit form at the right time, whilst Rangers and Basel face tough tests in the Europa League Round of 16. Here are Things to look out for in Europa League Round of 16. Bet on these games here.

Manchester United to extend unbeaten run

Manchester United’s Europa League journey continues tonight as they travel to Austria to face LASK. The Red Devils comfortably saw off Club Brugge in the round-of-32, winning 6-1 on aggregate. The Austrian side are in the last 16 for the first time in their history and will use their terrific home form when they clash with Manchester United. The Red Devils are in impressive form themselves too. Sunday’s Manchester derby win saw them extend their unbeaten run to ten games in all competitions, keeping eight clean sheets in the process. With both sides in good form heading into this game, it should be an intriguing affair. However, Manchester United are a much bigger and better side compared to their Austrian counterparts. One thing to note is this match will be played behind closed doors due to the spread of the Coronavirus.

Tough home test for Rangers

Like Manchester United, Rangers are also looking to build on a victory over the weekend. Rangers welcome German side Bayer Leverkusen. Before Sunday’s win, Steven Gerrard’s men had won just once in three matches in the league. Leverkusen will be a stern test for Rangers tonight. The German side are enjoying a nine-game unbeaten run across all competitions and sit fifth in the Bundesliga. Peter Bosz’s side have won eight of their last nine games and, given Rangers struggles in the last few weeks, Leverkusen will look to capitalise.

Goals galore: Olympiacos v Wolves

Wolves are the other English side in the Europa League alongside Manchester United and their adventure takes them to Greece to face Olympiacos tonight. There were fears that this match would be postponed after the hosts’ owner, Evangelos Marinakis, tested positive for the Coronavirus. However, the match will go on as planned but only behind closed doors. Meanwhile, Wolves are the joint-highest scoring side in this season’s competition. Their last-32 tie against Espanyol saw nine goals scored over two legs. In their seven away games in the Europa League, including qualifiers, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have scored 19 goals. In their last seven home games, Olympiacos have netted 20 goals. How many goals will we see in this game?

Basel’s poor record against German opposition

Two former Europa League semi-finalists, Eintracht Frankfurt and Basel, clash in the Round of 16 in the first leg in Germany. Although the hosts are struggling in the Bundesliga, their Europa League campaign has been decent. They face a Basel side that has a poor record in Germany. The Swiss side have lost all four of their previous knockout ties against German opponents. They have managed just one win in eight visits to Germany (D2 L5), losing their last three matches in the country without scoring. Can Frankfurt pile more misery on Basel?

Shakhtar to end Wolfsburg unbeaten run?

Wolfsburg welcome Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk hoping to extend their unbeaten run to nine games. However, Wolfsburg have won just two of their last nine Bundesliga matches at the Volkswagen Arena. The Ukranian side that knocked out Benfica in the last round, scoring five goals across two thrilling matches, will be looking to cause an upset. Shakhtar have faced German clubs 22 times previously and have won seven, drawn eight and lost seven. The most memorable win was when they defeated Werder Bremen 2-1 after extra time in Istanbul to win the last ever UEFA Cup in 2008/09.
