The international break is over and league football across Europe is set to resume. As always, we have looked through the talking points, including a big game in La Liga, Neymar’s growing influence on PSG and a goal fest in Germany.. Bet on football here.
Neymar to make the difference for PSG
Nice will host PSG at Allianz Riviera on Friday for the first meeting of the season. The home team will aim to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Nantes, but they know it will not be easy against the big-spending capital club. Kylian Mbappe is sidelined with injury for PSG but Neymar is likely to give the opposition defenders a hard time. He has been making the difference since returning from injury, with four goals in total, three of which being the winners for his club.
Atletico to bounce back against Valencia
Atletico Madrid and Valencia face each other at the Wanda Metropolitano in what is expected to be one of the most exciting games in Spain this weekend. The hosts will be hoping to bounce back from their goalless draw with Real Valladolid. We expect that they are going to adopt an attack-minded approach and in Diego Costa and Joao Felix they have the wherewithal to do this. Valencia, on the other hand, are not regarded as good travelers and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling the party for their hosts.
Lazio to dominate against Atalanta
Lazio dropped two points in a 2-2 draw with Bologna last time out and they will be looking to return to winning ways in Serie A when they take on Atalanta on Saturday afternoon. The Biancocelesti are a tough prospect at home and we predict that they are going to find the net in Saturday’s football match and given Atalanta’s attacking potential, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. In their last meeting in Rome, Atalanta won by a 3-1 scoreline, but we expect the home team to rely on the crowd and secure a result here.
Goals galore
Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach will face off this weekend as both sides seek to take all three points. Borussia Dortmund are eager to stay in the race for the Bundesliga and they will have home support. The visitors might not be able to match up but they have some exciting forwards who should find the back of the host’s net. We should see plenty of goals in this one seeing that both sides are very good going forward.
Inter to return to winning ways
Inter Milan will be aiming to make amends for a heart-breaking 2-1 loss to Juventus when they take on Sassuolo on Sunday. The Nerazzurri dropped to second place in the standings, but a win here over Sassuolo could see them overtake Juve in the table. We are positive that Antonio Conte’s men are going to leave their hearts on the field and they should get back to winning ways.
