Croatia will be looking to remain on top of Group E by beating Azerbaijan when they meet later on today. Austria will be out to follow up their big victory over Latvia to claim revenge for their defeat at home to Poland. They have moved into the top-two thanks to a three-game winning streak and this is an opportunity for them to exploit. The hosts have a good record in the qualifiers, especially at home. They have won all but one of their last 12 home games in European Championship qualifying, seeing off the likes of Germany, Belgium and Portugal in that time. They shouldn’t struggle against Austria, especially after scoring twice or more in their last nine home matches in Euro qualifying campaigns.
Goals galore as Belgium play Scotland
Belgium head to a demoralized Scotland aiming to continue their winning start to the qualifiers. The Red Devils have scored twice or more in their last nine competitive matches, a run split either side of the World Cup. They are firing on all cylinders and this should worry the Scots who made some really poor mistakes to concede twice at home to Russia in their last outing. With the attacking talents available to Belgium you can definitely expect to see a number of goals in this one.
Kosovo’s unbeaten streak to come to an end?
England will be looking for a fourth straight win in Group A when they host lowly ranked Kosovo. The visitors are currently on a longer unbeaten run in Group A and it’s not tough to see why. They have developed a habit of creating more than they give away, while they have crucially prevented teams from building up a head of steam. England are a much superior team and are likely to end the visitor’s unbeaten run. They are without a clean sheet in their last five outings, so keeping out the likes of Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling will prove beyond the visitors.
France to confirm Group H’s dominance.
France needed to beat Albania on Saturday evening and they did that with little fuss. Les Blues will be looking for another important three points when they host minnows Andorra on Tuesday evening. There will be a difference in quality between the two teams and this means well for the hosts. France have the firepower to dominate this encounter and backing them to win comfortably looks to be the most viable possible outcome here.
