Norwich v QPR – Norwich Win – 1.45
Norwich are top of the Championship. They have won nine of their last ten games in the league and have only failed to win one of their six home league games in 2019. QPR, on the other hand, have lost seven of their last ten league matches. Norwich have beaten the visitors in their last two matches against them at Carrow Road and were also victorious when they met earlier this season in the reverse fixture. Expect them to extend their winning streak here.
Huddersfield v Leicester – Leicester Win – 1.75
With six games to play in the Premier League season, Huddersfield have already been relegated after losing 24 of their 32 matches. They have only avoided defeat in two of their past 15 league games and have scored in just five of those. Leicester have four wins from their past five matches and have won four of their last five matches against the Terriers. Another victory seems likely.
Manchester City v Brighton – Manchester City Win with 0:1 Handicap – 1.45
Manchester City have won 19 of their 21 matches in 2019, during which time they have scored 68 times and conceded just ten goals. They have also won seven of their past ten games in the FA Cup by at least a two-goal margin. This will come as bad news to Brighton, who have lost to City by two goals in each of their three recent encounters. Considering the Citizens’ current form, the gulf in quality might be too great again.
Guingamp v AS Monaco – Under 2.5 Goals – 1.65
Seven of Guingamp’s past ten home league games have featured Under 2.5 Goals. In the most recent five of those games, they have scored just twice; in fact, they have only scored 12 goals at home 15 league games. Monaco have fared slightly better on their travels, but only just. They have 15 goals in 14 away games. The signs are pointing toward a low-scoring affair here.
Augsburg v Hoffenheim – Both Teams to Score – 1.40
While Augsburg have had little trouble scoring at home this season, their defence has been a disappointment. They have scored and conceded in 11 of their 13 home games in the Bundesliga this season. It’s a problem that Hoffenheim are all too familiar with. Both sides have scored in 24 of their 27 league matches this season, included all 13 of those played away from home. Can it happen again?
