⚽ Euro 2024: Group A Qualifiers
In Group A of Euro 2024, the final standings were determined literally in the last minute. Switzerland was leading Germany 1-0, securing the top spot in the group. However, in stoppage time, a goal from Füllkrug equalised the score, putting Germany at the top of Group A.
In the other match, Hungary defeated Scotland 1-0, but the result was not enough for Hungary to qualify.
Thus, the teams qualifying for the Round of 16 from Group A are Germany and Switzerland, while Hungary and Scotland bid farewell to the competition.
⚽ Euro 2024: Group B Qualifiers
In Group B, Spain secured the top spot by defeating Italy in the second round. In their last match, Spain faced Albania and maintained their 100% record in the group stage with a 1-0 victory.
In the other match, Italy and Croatia battled to determine the second-place team. Croatia led 1-0 until the final seconds, when Zaccagni scored a beautiful goal to equalise. This was the last action of the match, securing Italy’s place in the next round.
As a result, the teams from Group B that qualified for the Round of 16 are Spain and Italy. Croatia and Albania are eliminated from the Euro 2024.
⚽ Euro 2024: Group C Qualifiers
Now let’s talk about Group C, which had a goalless third round. England and Slovenia ended in a 0-0 draw, as did Denmark and Serbia.
As a result, despite their below-average performance, England qualified in first place. Denmark secured the second spot, and Slovenia, in third place, also secured a spot in the Round of 16. Serbia, however, was eliminated.

In Group D, we witnessed a major surprise. In a group featuring France and the Netherlands, Austria secured the top spot.
France and Poland ended in a 1-1 draw, a result that eliminated the Poles and ensured the second position for the French.

Therefore, the teams from Group D that qualified for the Round of 16 are Austria, France, and the Netherlands. Poland, meanwhile, ends their participation in Euro 2024.
⚽ Euro 2024: Group E Qualifiers
Group E concluded with all teams accumulating 4 points, and the decision on the qualifiers came down to goal difference.
Slovakia faced Romania in the final round of the group stage, and with a 1-1 draw, both teams qualified for the Round of 16.
In the other match, Ukraine and Belgium also drew 0-0, a result that qualified Belgium and ended Ukraine’s participation in Euro 2024.
⚽ Euro 2024: Group F Qualifiers
In Group F, the already qualified Portugal faced Georgia, who surprised the Portuguese by winning 2-0.
In the other game, the Czechia was defeated by Türkiye, 2-1, and left the competition in the group stage.
Thus, the qualifiers from Group F are Portugal, Türkiye, and also Georgia, which made history by advancing in the championship. Meanwhile, the Czechia said goodbye to their dream of qualifying for the next stage of Euro 2024.
